The mission of the Saint Joseph Parish Buildings and Grounds Committee is to advise the Pastor and the parish Pastoral Council on all issues related to the parish's buildings, property, and equipment. The Committee establishes priorities based on short-term, medium-term, and long-term needs, goals, and desires encompassing the following areas:
- Maintenance and repair of all facilities and equipment
- Improvements of all facilities and equipment
- Electrical / Heating / Cooling requirements
- Property utilization and acquisitions
- Budget and/or Capital Campaign requirements
- Security and Safety
Members of the Buildings and Grounds Committee represent a diversity of skill sets, including (but not limited to) facilities/utilities, general construction, architecture, insurance/safety.
